We will attend all on site inspections and gather additional documentation when required, such as structural engineer confirmation, mechanical adjustments and even arborist report.

Yes, ALBO Renovations is registered with Tarion as a licensed residential home builder. Our company has liability insurance for all the projects to cover potential damage and miscellaneous items. We can provide details on all covered items by insurance company.
