Owners of this property were thinking for investing in real estate for several years and felt it was time to make the move. Throughout the project, we faced several challenges, one of the most complex being the close proximity to the neighboring property. This required us to carefully navigate construction logistics while maintaining proper fire separation standards, ensuring both safety and compliance with local regulations. The tight space made the construction process more intricate, but we worked diligently to manage the project’s details while minimizing disruption to the neighboring properties.

Once the renovation was complete, the clients were thrilled with the results. The home now has a fresh, modern feel, with the added second floor enhancing both the space and functionality. Additionally, they chose to rent out the newly separated basement unit, providing them with an income stream. A few months after the renovation was finished, the landscape was finalized, completing the transformation and giving the home a polished, inviting exterior that perfectly complemented the beautiful interior work.
